David Andersson specializes in U.S. Business Immigration law and has over 10 years of legal experience in a wide variety of Japanese, Canadian and American cross-border transactional matters. He maintains offices in Vancouver, British Columbia and in Osaka, Japan. He speaks, reads and writes Japanese fluently.

Mr. Andersson is a member of the British Columbia Bar in Canada and of the Washington State Bar in the U.S.A. In addition, he has completed practicums in Japanese Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of Osaka in Japan. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada, the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Board and the United States District Court.

Mr. Andersson serves as the President of PACE the Pacific Corridor Enterprise Council, an organization concerned with trade and cross border mobility issues.
